KL Vacation
Sunday, September 13, 2009 // 12:20 PM oh well, bck fr KL. quite fun luhs, actually, jus didnt buy any clothes at all when at first im determined to add something to my limited wardrobe. oh well. i did add sth t my limited bookshelf!(: day 1 first, i think th hotel room is rly run-down. howev, its a suite. a vry bland suite. and they hav this full length mirror in th middle of nowhere. which is creepy. still, th beds are comfy n bouncy!:D slacked, then went t times square. sister pestered whole fam t go t th indoor theme park. and apparently, it only contains freakish loopy roller coasters, very-kiddy rides, and rides that is giddy-till-it-makes-you-wanna-puke kind. im not a fan of loopy rollercoasters, neither kiddy rides. so left th giddy ones. and it gave me a splitting headache. but its fun :D i like th one wher they bring you like 4 or 5 storeys high and spin you round and round. then you go down. okayy then went t eat this fruit-blended icecream, which is rly cool, you choose your fruit and then they go dump it into this icecream maker and out comes your icecream:D i took lemon. citrus acids are good for curing headaches. so is the sour-till-it-makes-your-tongue-tingle sensation. went t borders, bought "remember me?" im totally at chapter 7 now. which is pretty good since i took a year to finish my twilight, and am still working on my new moon. which im planning to give up. oh well. then dinner-ed and some place. went chinatown. i never liked chinatown, even in singapore. then went bck t hotel t catch some Zs. day 2 wanted t go sunway lagoon. and in th end my parents gt sweet-talked by this crappy taxi driver who sent us to somewher nearer for th same price. mom was totally pissed. i mean, th taxi driver obviously wanted t save more petrol! so lunch-ed, which i like th paper-wrapped chicken. though th bloody hot sauce scalded my thumb twice, and it throbbed for th whole day. oh well. then went sunway, like finally. went t th themepark. played this mini rollercoaster (ima fan of non-loopy-rollercoasters), and this plume ride. plus this water slide. and walked this 480m long hanging bridge. its super scary, considering i have whatever phobia and they have big gaping holes in between th planks (subjective, still...) i love th plume ride, they hv two slopes, th first one is completely dark, u dk when u gng down. while th second, cn see, but is higher. but it rocks!(: i sat it like four times and would continue more if not for th bloody time constraint. i love plume rides! then past by this shower thingy tht looks like a car wash!:D kay, then went chinatown (again, cuz of my dad) to dinner. my sis finally ate her lobster. okay then went bck hotel. chionged my geog hw. and hav i mentioned how much i love ice-cream soda?:D day 3 woke up like 10 plus, :D then went shoppingg, but didnt buy anything. dimsum-ed for lunch. love it<3 then went t many malls, passed by this gelato shop. love their chocolate hazelnut, i tell you. absolute delish. their oreo has no oreo taste :/ oh well, then dinnered. drank this nice herbal soup. delish. okay then slacked at th hotel lobby, then airport-ed. reached singapore. went home. read "remember me?" go to sleep. conclusion is, this trip's pretty fun. and yeah, nov might be gng ther agn, sort of some relaxation trip, wher we r gna get facials, spas and mani-pedis. at least, hope so. somehow i got this 2 inch long cut on my leg whose origin i know nothing about. sigh. oh well, gna rush my rain gauge. sayonara. |
