Electives Week
Monday, May 24, 2010 // 9:40 PM culinary ftw yay :D i shall now blog about my electives hehe. technically overall, its quite fun lah. day 1 :D sat w krys grace sq at the back of the bus (: then we talk damn lots of funny stuff there. maybe now not funny but yeah. sq was talking about saving the earth again? because our hairnets and aprons are disposable then is like waste plastic. then i will be like "says the person who left the lights on and doors open when theres aircon in the chalet. *innocent smile*" hahahah i cant stop reminding her about that :D grouped w them one table, then we baked pizzas :D we spent like 4 hours? then lunched on them. the crust is damn salty lah wth. like dipped in salt or sth. but its yummy lah, cause we made it? hahahahaa. then baked fruit buns, as a batch. i brought home like 7? and they are like normal sized buns, those in bakeries kind. so cool :D its nice ok. i missed my cmps trip aft all :( awww wanted to go de lor. but they v cute lah. wait 40 mins for me then in th end dw wait. when im like 10 mins from school. but anyway, sorry guys for waiting for me ~ bus-ed home w krys. i have no idea what happened aft that. so yeah. day 2 :D went school early slacked around in class. then flag raising and off we go :D baked quiche! originally is tuna quiche, but 4 guides (including me) refused to eat tuna so our quiche are like missing tuna hahahah. wah eat not even halfway through very sick of it already lor. somemore so many vegetables and custard. only nice part is the sausage and cheese. i prefer italian pizzas to french ones more, tyvm. then aft that baked the viennese biscuits. we pipe until damn ugly hahahaha. or at least mine is. but edible lah hor. and our cherries are like big big. then went bck to school. meet up w boning, joelle and valen. went to tanah merah bedok there boning's dad's friend's house and interview him. that guy keep looking and smiling at me lor. then i have to smile back too. so awkward. i saw valen forcing smile back. damn funny 8D then we actually stayed at his house to discuss leh. then that place damn hot, we sweating then discussing, make me damn flustered. then three of them went dinner, and i went home cause dinner's waiting for me at home :( day 3 :D which is today, in case you are living under a rock. or got eyesight problem read wrongly. or you are living in a world with different time ranges. or, you bought the wrong calendar :D but anyway, went BITC againnnn. baked hot dog buns first. just the buns. so weird right. but then aft that we panfried sausages then put it in then drizzle mayo chilli and honeymustard over it and eat. nice to eat lor :D damn delicious. then we baked cupcakes! blueberry and pandan flavour. i finally know the diff btwn cupcakes and muffins. -.- baked le then we must do icing :D the icing all the different colours damn pretty lor. then we use piping bag pipe and deco our cupcakes :D i tell you we like spam icing lor. you see alr, imagine the amount of carbs in it ._. eat le sure diabetes :D but before i even reach home my cupcake like got ruined alr lahh. argh forget it. i just found this thing called cleverbot. then for fun. i try typing in heh. and when i said "uhm okay." guess what it said? "i know you are imagining that you are talking to your true love... me." then i was like WTH? seriously cleverbot, dont think so highly of yourself. i still think its damn funny. |
